ME IN A NUTSHELL

Leadership

Over ten years experience leading designers and developers into confident, independent thinkers while still being team players.

Design

Seasoned web, app and print designer who knows how to execute effective UX through intelligent, high-engagement designs.

Development

HOW I LANDED IN DESIGN

After graduating with an accounting degree, I spent several years thinking this was not the right path for me. I began taking night classes in design at SVA and never looked back. Over time, I went from print design to digital all the while maintaining a focus on the user experience. I love that no two people experience anything the same way - and find the challenge to make both happy incredibly fulfilling.

MY BRAIN

How I work

The NBI Adult profile identifies the thinking preferences of an individual. Gaining insight into the way we prefer to think, makes us more aware of and sensitive to the preferences of others. I believe it is important for employers to understand the way a potential employee’s mind works in order to gage if they will be a good fit.

This chart highlights my results. According to NBI, and everyone I come across, I am a strategist and socializer. I thrive on bringing different points of view together to brainstorm and think about what is possible. Any idea can be the beginning of something amazing - it just needs nourishment.

R1: Strategist / Imaginer

R2: Socializer / Empathizer

L1: Realist / Analyst

L2: Preserver / Organizer
